 Try oil pulling

Although Indians in ancient times used sunflower oil and sesame oil, any oil can be used as well. Coconut oil is the popular choice owing to its nice smell and other health benefits that come along. To oil pull, take one tablespoon of coconut oil in your mouth then push and pull the oil through your teeth. Continue with this process for a period of 15-20 minutes. This method is safe even when done daily.

Use hydrogen peroxide

Hydrogen peroxide is a natural bleaching agent that can also kill bacteria. In fact due to its ability to kill germs hydrogen peroxide has been used as a disinfectant for years. However note that the safety of using this compound is always questionable. While diluted solutions may be safe, highly concentrated hydrogen peroxide may be harmful and can cause irritations and tooth sensitivity.

You can use hydrogen peroxide as a mouthwash before brushing your teeth. You can also mix it with baking soda to form a paste.mix 2 teaspoon full of hydrogen peroxide with 1 of baking soda and then brush your teeth gently.

 Apple cider vinegar

One study carried out on a cow found out that apple cider vinegar can both bleach your teeth and soften them. However the acetic acid has erosive properties and therefore you shouldn’t use it every day as your enamel will be greatly affected.To use this as a mouth wash first dilute with water and then swish it around your mouth for some minutes.
